Research importers (reputation, phone availability)

Set maximum bid budget

Register with auction site

Apply for TWIC Card (optional)

Review auction sheet with exporter

Request additional photos if needed

Place bid

Confirm winning bid and wire remaining balance

Sign Power of Attorney for importer

Use the POA form in this library

Confirm RoRo booking with exporter

Receive vehicle export documentation

Confirm vessel booking and estimated arrival

File ISF 10+2 (with importer, due 24hr before loading)
