Privacy Policy

Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter, The 25 Year Rule. That is the only personal information we ask for anywhere on the site or app.

Auction sheet images — if you use the Auction Sheet Translator, the image you upload is sent to our translation service to produce the English translation. Images are processed for that single request and are not used to build a database of your uploads.

Standard technical logs — like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records basic request information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

Your email is used for exactly one thing: sending you the newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone.

Auction sheet translations are processed by Anthropic (the AI provider that powers the translator). The image is transmitted to their API for the translation and handled under their data policies.

We may use aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand which pages are useful.

Subscriber emails are stored in a private Amazon Web Services (AWS) storage bucket in the United States, accessible only with our credentials. Newsletters are sent through AWS Simple Email Service.

Every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. Clicking it immediately stops all future emails — no login, no confirmation screen, no retention tricks. You can resubscribe any time via the site form.

The ImportAJDM app displays the same content as this website and collects nothing beyond what is described above. Car listings and newsletter content are fetched from our public content feeds; subscribing from the app uses the same newsletter system as the website.
